The following is a brief overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data” is understood to be all data with which you can be personally identified. For detailed information on the subject of data protection, please see our data protection declaration below.

Right to data transferability

Customer and contract data processing
The collection, processing and use of your personal data is only carried out to the extent that it is necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b General Data Protection Regulation GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. - Data collection on our website

The processing of the above-mentioned data is carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time by informal notification via email. The legality of the data processing procedures carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you enter in registration or contact forms remains with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for which it was stored ceases to apply (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
- Plugins and Tools
Google Web Fonts
This page uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache for the purpose of displaying texts or fonts correctly. For this purpose, it is necessary that the browser you are using connects to the servers of Google. In this way, Google is informed that our website has been accessed via your IP address. This page the map service Google Maps via an API. Provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The use of these functions of Google Maps requires the storage of your IP address. As a rule, this information is transferred and stored on a Google server in the USA. This data transfer is beyond the control of the provider of this website.
If used, the use of Google Maps is in the interest of a user-friendly presentation of our online offers and an easy findability of the places indicated by us on the website.
